HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series Arrives in Singapore with Indoor Snow Sports Tracking

Huawei has launched the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series in Singapore, bringing new outdoor tracking features, expanded sports modes and enhanced health monitoring to its latest smartwatch lineup.

Following its global debut earlier this month, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series will be available for pre order in Singapore from 24 September 2026 at 8pm, ahead of its official retail launch on 1 October.

The series combines outdoor focused features with designs intended for everyday wear. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 is available in 41mm and 46mm sizes, with colour options including Blue, Yellow, Pink, White and Black depending on the model and size. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro comes in a 46mm size and is offered in Black, Green and Yellow.

The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro features a nano tech ceramic bezel paired with a titanium alloy middle frame. It also comes with a fluoroelastomer strap using Huawei’s EasyCross design, which is intended to provide a secure and comfortable fit during daily activities and outdoor workouts.

One of the main additions to the series is support for indoor snow sports. The new indoor skiing and snowboarding modes are designed to track workouts even when GPS is unavailable. Using its multi-sensor system, the watch can automatically detect skiing and snowboarding activities and analyse changes in posture and elevation.

Users can track metrics including distance, speed and total descent. The watch can also distinguish active runs from periods spent resting or using ski lifts and magic carpets. Following a workout, detailed session data and indoor routes can be shared through the Goski app.

For outdoor alpine activities, users can download maps covering more than 3,000 ski resorts worldwide through the HUAWEI Health app and sync them to the watch. The maps include trail difficulty information and can be used to help plan routes and review performance.

The watch also introduces Turn Detection, which analyses turning radius to count short, medium and longer turns during skiing. G Force Detection measures the centrifugal force experienced during sharp turns, giving users additional data about their skiing technique.

Team Up provides another connectivity feature for group activities, allowing users to view teammates’ real time locations and performance information while on the slopes.

Cyclists also get several new tools, including Climb Planning, Climb Broadcast and Sharp Turn Alerts. Climb Planning generates a profile of upcoming climbs before a ride, while Climb Broadcast provides real time information about gradients and remaining climbing distance. Sharp Turn Alerts can provide haptic and voice warnings when approaching a sharp turn at excessive speed.

After a ride, AI Workout Analysis provides training data and performance insights designed to help cyclists assess their workouts and manage training load.

The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series also expands its health monitoring capabilities through an upgraded Health Insights feature. This includes a morning briefing, personalised Physical Readiness Score and AI driven health analysis.

Physical Readiness combines information such as sleep quality, heart rate variability, emotional wellbeing and active calories burned to provide an overview of daily recovery. Users are given one of five readiness levels each morning to help them understand their current condition and plan their activities.

Battery life remains a key feature of the lineup. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro and HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 46mm can provide up to 21 days of battery life on a single charge under light use, according to Huawei.

In Singapore, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series will start from S$348. Pre orders begin on 24 September 2026 at HUAWEI Experience Stores and from 8pm through the HUAWEI Official Store on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop. Customers can receive more than S$160 worth of pre order freebies, while online pre orders will also come with a S$30 early bird voucher on a first come, first served basis, subject to terms and conditions.

From 1 October, the series will be available at Best Denki, Challenger, COURTS, Gain City and SprintCass, alongside HUAWEI Experience Stores and participating online channels.
