Families can get into the F1 spirit without heading all the way to the city centre, as Lights Out @ The Heartlands brings a day of race-themed fun to four heartland malls on 11 October 2026.
From 4pm to 10pm, head to Anchorvale Village, Northshore Plaza, Parc Point or Woodlands North Plaza for interactive games, racing activities and performances, with a live screening of the Singapore Grand Prix from 8pm onwards.
Across all four malls, little racers can get hands-on with DIY Race Cars, where they can build and decorate their own mini cars, or see how quick they can be with Fast Hands, a fun challenge that rewards speed and coordination.
For a taste of the real racing action, Parc Point and Woodlands North Plaza will have an F1 Racing Simulator, where participants can compete for the fastest lap and stand to win prizes worth up to $435.
Anchorvale Village and Northshore Plaza will bring the excitement of an F1 race start to life with the Lights Out Reaction Challenge. Inspired by the iconic lights-out moment, participants will have to keep their eyes on the lights and react as quickly as they can.
Complete all three fringe activities at either Anchorvale Village or Northshore Plaza to earn a chance to spin the Gachapon machine and win a prize sponsored from our tenants! Visitors can also redeem an additional spin with 100 ShopperLink points.
The Gachapon machines will feature a mix of prizes and vouchers from the malls’ sponsors, including Decathlon, Lite Mobile, Little Unicorn Preschool, McDonald’s, Rempah By Chilli Padi, Subway, Shugar Foot & Body Wellness and The Summer Açaí. Prizes range from toys, customised dolls and dining vouchers to wellness vouchers.
The two malls will also have their own activity highlights. At Anchorvale Village, Little Unicorn Preschool will take the stage with a Taekwondo performance at 5pm, followed by a dance performance at 5.30pm.
Over at Northshore Plaza, kids and parents can go head-to-head in a Mario Kart Competition organised by the People’s Association, with the three fastest racers winning Giant Supermarket vouchers worth up to $150.
Meanwhile, for a taste of the real racing action, Parc Point and Woodlands North Plaza will have an F1 Racing Simulator, where participants can compete for the fastest lap and stand to win vouchers and prizes worth up to $435 from the malls’ sponsors, including BabySPA, Mulberry Learning and PediaBloom Therapy.
To take part, visitors will need to be ShopperLink members and like or follow the respective mall’s Facebook and Instagram pages. With racing simulators, DIY activities, performances, games and exciting prizes on offer, it’s an easy way for families to enjoy the F1 excitement closer to home.
