Singapore homeowners can now get a clearer picture of what their property may be worth with PropertyGuru’s new My Property feature, which provides estimated property values, nearby market activity and buyer interest indicators through the PropertyGuru app.
To mark the launch, PropertyGuru is also giving homeowners the chance to win a share of an S$88,000 prize pool when they check their property value through My Property between 7 and 20 September 2026.
My Property is designed to make property information more relevant to individual homeowners. Users can check an estimated value for their home and track how that estimate changes over time. For HDB properties, PropertyGuru says its valuation estimates come within a median 0.44% of the actual transacted price in three out of four transactions assessed.
Homeowners can also view recent transactions and current listings in their area, providing a snapshot of what comparable properties have sold for and what other homeowners are currently asking. The feature also provides buyer interest signals for similar properties based on viewing activity on PropertyGuru.
Notifications can help homeowners stay updated as the market changes. Users can receive alerts when there are updates to their property’s estimated value or changes to buyer interest indicators for properties in the surrounding area.
For homeowners who are considering selling, My Property also provides tools to explore recommended property agents based on their property type and location. Users can compare agents based on their listings, experience and track record, before requesting a property assessment that can cover areas such as pricing and selling strategy.
PropertyGuru’s latest feature is aimed at supporting homeowners at different stages, whether they are simply curious about their property’s current value, monitoring market movements or beginning to consider a future sale.
As part of the launch campaign, homeowners who check their property value through My Property from 7 to 20 September will automatically receive one entry into the lucky draw. Turning on notifications provides an additional entry.
The prize pool totals S$88,000, with individual prizes ranging from S$1,000 to S$15,000. Winners will be announced weekly throughout the campaign.
My Property is now available within the PropertyGuru app, giving Singapore homeowners a convenient way to keep track of their property’s estimated value and the market activity around it.
