Formula 1 fans in Singapore will have the chance to step inside the Marina Bay Street Circuit before the race weekend officially begins, with the public ballot now open for the Thursday Pit Lane Experience ahead of the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is inviting Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents to take part in the Thursday, 8 October 2026 experience, which offers a behind the scenes look at the preparations taking place before the Circuit Park opens for the race weekend.
Up to 4,500 successful applicants will be able to walk along the pit lane, view Formula 1 team garages and cars at close range, and experience the atmosphere as teams prepare for the Grand Prix. Visitors will also be able to explore the Zone 1 F1 Village and take part in interactive activities available throughout the evening.
The ballot is open to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, and applicants do not need to hold a Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix ticket to participate. Each successful applicant will receive a pair of tickets to the Thursday Pit Lane Experience.
The event provides both dedicated motorsport fans and those new to Formula 1 with an opportunity to experience the Marina Bay Street Circuit from a different perspective and get closer to the teams and cars ahead of the main race weekend.
The ballot opened on 2 September 2026 at 10am and will remain open until 18 September 2026 at 11.59pm Singapore time.
