StarHub is inviting Singaporeans to take a break from their screens at its biggest 5G Wellness Festival yet, taking place at New Bahru from 12 to 13 September 2026.

Part of StarHub’s The Power of Pause digital wellbeing movement, the two-day festival will feature workshops, movement activities, games, music and shared experiences led by homegrown brands. The event is designed to offer visitors opportunities to find inspiration, relax, stay active, play and spend quality time with others away from their devices.
The festival follows findings from StarHub’s latest Digital Wellbeing study, which found that more than two thirds of people in Singapore have difficulty disconnecting. Through The Power of Pause, StarHub is encouraging people to develop a more intentional relationship with technology and create more space for meaningful offline experiences.
Visitors can explore five experiences inspired by StarHub’s 5G Wellness Pillars, covering self-expression, creativity, physical activity and social connection.
Under Glow, participants can join Soilboy’s Petite Garden Arrangement workshop and create a garden keepsake to take home. Glide invites visitors to enjoy friendly table tennis matches at TopTable, combining light competition with opportunities to connect with others.
Those looking to explore their creative side can take part in a hands-on watercolour workshop by Chalk N Pencils under Grow. Ground focuses on physical and mental relaxation, with outdoor yoga sessions conducted by The Hush Retreats, giving participants an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with their surroundings.
Gather will bring people together at the Lawn, where visitors can spend time with family and friends while enjoying community live music, curated booths by homegrown brands and interactive activities.
The StarHub 5G Wellness Festival 2026 will be open to the public from 10am to 6pm on 12 and 13 September at New Bahru. Admission is free, while advance registration is required for those who wish to participate in the workshops.
