Seafood Lovers, Here’s Your Next Buffet Destination at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore

Seafood lovers can look forward to an indulgent dining experience as Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore rolls out its Seafood Mania Buffet at Food Capital from 11 August to 4 October 2026. Set against the picturesque Singapore River, the seasonal buffet showcases an extensive selection of premium seafood, local favourites and international dishes, offering diners a feast packed with fresh flavours from the sea.

The buffet features a generous seafood on ice spread with chilled tiger prawns, New Zealand mussels, sea whelks, scallops with roe, flower clams and Spanish black mussels. Dinner guests can also enjoy freshly shucked oysters, snow crab legs and baby lobsters. The menu is complemented by a rotating selection of signature dishes including Singapore Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Slipper Lobster, Salted Egg Yolk Prawns, Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Paella, Garlic Butter Prawns and Pan-seared Salmon with Crustacean Cream.

Adding to the experience are live cooking stations serving chef’s rotating selections of GCW Signature Laksa, Prawn Noodles, Thai Boat Noodles and Seafood Pasta, while the carving station offers a variety of hearty roasted meats.

Guests dining from Sunday to Thursday will receive one lobster for every two adults, served alongside a freshly grilled Surf & Turf BBQ dinner. Those visiting on Fridays and Saturdays can choose between one lobster or one crab for every two adults. The lobster is prepared in Western style, while the crab is available in one of three popular local flavours.

Beyond the buffet, The Lobby Lounge is extending the seafood celebration with its Oceanic Treasures Afternoon Tea, featuring seafood inspired savoury bites and sweet treats paired with Luli’s AI powered wellness assessment and personalised herbal tea experience. Guests can also enhance the experience with an optional personalised wellness mocktail for S$12++ for two or a low alcohol wellness cocktail for S$24++ for two.

For those looking for a lighter meal during the day, The Lobby Lounge is also offering the Seafood Mania Tiffin Lunch Set, available daily from 12.00pm to 3.00pm. Priced at S$28++ per set, it features seafood inspired favourites served in a traditional multi-tiered tiffin carrier.

The Seafood Mania Buffet is priced at S$72++ per adult and S$36++ per child for lunch from Monday to Saturday. Dinner is available at S$106++ per adult and S$53++ per child from Sunday to Thursday, while Friday and Saturday dinner is priced at S$116++ per adult and S$58++ per child.
