PAUL has unveiled a new chapter in Singapore with the opening of Maison PAUL at Paragon Shopping Centre, introducing the brand’s first flagship café concept in the country. Combining 135 years of French baking heritage with a more intimate café experience, Maison PAUL offers guests a refreshed destination for leisurely dining, artisanal pastries and classic French hospitality in the heart of Orchard Road.

Designed to celebrate the French art de vivre, the new flagship expands beyond PAUL’s signature bakery offerings with an elevated dine in experience centred around timeless French comfort food and handcrafted pâtisserie. Alongside its popular viennoiseries and all-day café favourites, Maison PAUL also introduces a range of exclusive dishes and pastries available only at the Paragon outlet.
The dine in menu draws inspiration from classic Parisian bistros, with a focus on generous sharing plates and relaxed all day dining. Starters include Escargots à la Bourguignonne for $17.90, featuring escargots baked with pesto butter and melted Emmental cheese, and a Charcuterie Platter priced at $29.90 with artisanal cold cuts, cheeses and PAUL’s signature apricot jam.
Among the main courses, the Beef Bourguignon at $42.90 showcases slow braised beef chuck served with creamy mashed potatoes, charred broccolini and seasonal vegetables. Seafood lovers can opt for the Seafood Bouillabaisse at $44.90, a refined version of the Provençal classic served with sourdough bread and garlic aïoli. Lighter options include the Seared Duck Breast at $34.90 with mashed butternut, spring vegetables and a sweet and sour sauce, while the Gratin Dauphinois at $26.90 combines creamy potatoes topped with Comté cheese and served with a stuffed portobello mushroom.
To complement the menu, Maison PAUL has also introduced a selection of Maison Perrier mocktails featuring the iconic French sparkling mineral water. Choices include the Lime and Ginger Mule, Green Apple Mojito, Lychee Splash and the signature Maison Perrier Chic Lemonjito.
A highlight of the new flagship is its exclusive pâtisserie collection, created especially for Maison PAUL. New desserts include the Pecan Tartlet at $9.90 with caramelised pecans in a buttery pastry shell, the Pistachio Paris Brest at $9.90 layered with pistachio praline and diplomat cream, and the Hazelnut Paris Brest at $9.50 featuring rich hazelnut diplomat cream and roasted hazelnuts. Completing the collection are the Mocha Religieuse at $7.50 with coffee infused chocolate pastry cream and coffee glaze, and the Raspberry Religieuse at $7.50 with raspberry mascarpone cream and raspberry jelly.
The opening of Maison PAUL marks a significant evolution for the French bakery and café brand in Singapore. With refreshed interiors, an expanded menu and exclusive pastry creations, the flagship aims to offer guests a welcoming space to enjoy unhurried meals, coffee breaks and desserts while embracing the timeless traditions of French café culture. Whether visiting for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or an evening treat, Maison PAUL brings a fresh and more intimate expression of the PAUL experience to Orchard Road.
