Pepper Lunch Is Serving Up a New 1-Min Melt Tender Steak from $17.90

If you’re looking for a satisfying steak without the steakhouse price tag, Pepper Lunch’s new 1-Min Melt Tender Steak is worth checking out. We got to try it for ourselves, and it delivers a tender steak at a wallet-friendly price.

Served on Pepper Lunch’s signature hotplate, the steak comes with a one-minute hourglass timer. Simply flip the steak over, start the timer and let the hotplate do the rest. It’s the same interactive dining experience Pepper Lunch is known for, but this time with a premium flat iron steak that’s juicy, tender and easy to enjoy.

We tried the 150g steak set, which starts from $17.90 and comes with a drink. The steak had a good bite without being tough, and stayed juicy as it cooked on the hotplate. We paired ours with the black pepper sauce, though mushroom and brown steak sauce are also available if you prefer something different. It comes with rice, sweet corn and vegetables.

If you’re dining at Jem, NEX, Parkway Parade, Tampines 1 or Pasir Ris Mall, it’s worth upgrading your meal with the new Corn Ribs with Signature Sauce. Crispy on the outside and coated in Pepper Lunch’s signature savoury sauce, they’re great for sharing and pair well with the steak.

To end on a sweet note, don’t miss the new Velvety Pistachio Cake. The cake has a rich pistachio flavour and creamy texture without being overly sweet, making it a nice way to round off the meal.
