GOMO by Singtel has taken its first step into physical retail with the opening of its inaugural GOMO Store at Our Tampines Hub, expanding beyond its digital first roots to offer customers face to face support, device services and exclusive in store experiences.
The new outlet serves as a one stop destination for GOMO Mobile and Broadband customers, providing assistance with mobile and broadband services, device repairs, trade ins and smartphone upgrades. Through a partnership with device repair specialist Mister Mobile, repair services are also available to the general public, including customers who are not using Singtel or GOMO services.
The opening marks the first of several GOMO retail stores planned across Singapore as the brand responds to growing demand for in person services such as device repairs, trade ins and mobile provider switching.
The store introduces three key service offerings. Under the Fix It service, customers can receive device diagnostics, GOMO SIM card replacements and repairs for screens, batteries, cameras and charging ports carried out by Mister Mobile. Selected repairs can be completed on site, depending on the device model and repair required, with charges based on Mister Mobile’s prevailing rates.
The Trade It service allows customers to trade in their existing devices, explore upgrade options and purchase selected smartphones from Apple, Samsung, OPPO, HONOR and vivo. Meanwhile, the Switch It service enables customers to sign up for GOMO Mobile and Broadband plans, transfer their existing mobile numbers to GOMO, and collect or replace selected GOMO Broadband equipment.
To celebrate the launch of its first physical store, GOMO is introducing an exclusive in store promotion called Port In Bingo. Customers who successfully port their mobile number to GOMO at the Our Tampines Hub outlet between 3 July and 27 August 2026 will have one opportunity to play using the last four digits of their mobile number.
Each week, customers whose numbers match the pre-selected winning sequence will receive FairPrice e vouchers, subject to successful port in and the promotion’s terms and conditions. Weekly prizes start at $1,250 in FairPrice e vouchers and will roll over if unclaimed, growing to a maximum prize pool of $10,000.
Alongside the retail expansion, GOMO has refreshed its mobile plans to provide more travel benefits. From 2 July 2026, customers will receive dedicated roaming data for use in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Australia. This allocation is provided in addition to existing Asia roaming data, giving travellers more flexibility and data when visiting these popular destinations.
GOMO has also launched two new unlimited plans priced at $20 per month for eligible customers. The GOMO Unlimited Senior Plan is available to customers aged 60 and above, while the GOMO Unlimited Student and NS Plan is offered to students aged 16 to 24 and eligible National Service personnel.
Both plans include unlimited 5G+ data in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Australia, unlimited Asia roaming across 18 destinations, 4GB of worldwide roaming data, unlimited local calls and SMS, as well as 400 IDD minutes.
The first GOMO Store is located at Our Tampines Hub, #B1-31, 1 Tampines Walk, Singapore 528523, and operates daily from 11am to 9pm.
