Changi Airport is turning every visit into a rewarding adventure with the launch of the Changi Shopping Carnival, a new airport-wide experience running from 4 June to 31 August 2026. Organised by Changi Airport Group, the campaign brings together shopping, games, collectibles and prizes across the airport, giving both travellers and locals more reasons to explore its retail and dining offerings.

Designed as a discovery-led experience, the Changi Shopping Carnival transforms the airport into a vibrant playground featuring 16 activation zones spread across all terminals, including four key event sites that welcome travellers. Each terminal will host up to five activation zones with carnival game booths strategically located along major retail corridors, creating a seamless experience that connects shopping, dining and entertainment throughout the airport.

At the centre of the campaign are two interactive carnival games. The first, Toss the Ring, is open to all travellers in the airside areas with no minimum spend required. By scanning their boarding pass at participating Carnival Game Booths, visitors can take part in a ring toss challenge and receive sure-win prizes, including shopping vouchers redeemable at transit area stores and a variety of giveaways.

For shoppers looking to unlock bigger rewards, Spin the Carousel offers a spend-to-play experience. Customers who spend at least S$60 at participating outlets can earn up to five chances to spin for prizes. Rewards include tenant-sponsored gifts, spending vouchers and the exclusive Changi Plushie Bag Charm Series. Participants also stand a chance to win daily grand prizes such as S$1,000 cash, a gold bar and an iPhone 17 Pro Max, alongside other retail and lifestyle rewards.

One of the key highlights of the Changi Shopping Carnival is the launch of the Changi Plushie Bag Charm, a limited-edition collectible created exclusively for the event. Available through gameplay, the blind box collection features four unique designs inspired by iconic airport elements: the Control Tower, Air Ticket, Luggage and World Globe. The surprise element remains part of the fun, as the design is only revealed when the blind box is opened, making each collectible a memorable keepsake from the airport experience.

Beyond the games and prizes, the carnival experience extends throughout the passenger journey. Visitors will encounter themed installations and campaign touchpoints across horticultural displays, check-in row screens, hanging banners along major walkways, Skytrain platforms and baggage belt areas. These immersive elements are designed to create a continuous carnival atmosphere from arrival to departure.
