FIFA Fever Takes Over Lau Pa Sat with Live Match Screenings and Exclusive World Cup Giveaway

Football fans in Singapore can look forward to weeks of non stop action as Lau Pa Sat transforms into a lively viewing hub for the FIFA World Cup 2026 from 12 June to 20 July 2026. Set in the heart of the city, the iconic hawker destination will host live screenings of every match on two large 130 inch screens, creating an immersive experience for supporters to gather and cheer together.

From the opening group stage clashes to the intensity of the knockout rounds, visitors can expect a vibrant late night atmosphere filled with football excitement. Known as one of Singapore’s most recognised heritage food spots, Lau Pa Sat offers a unique setting that blends sporting action with local food culture.

Fans will be able to enjoy a wide range of food options around the clock, with several 24 hour stalls operating throughout the tournament period. New additions such as Chef Lup Roasted Delights and Teo Chew Mui serving Teochew porridge join established favourites including Fu Xiao Fish Soup, Seng Kee Local Delights with its Hokkien fried prawn noodles, Fragrance Garden Chicken Rice, Lion City Dim Sum, and Thunder Tea Rice. Drinks will also be available from Kopi Kiosk, with service extended between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM daily to cater to those catching late night and early morning matches.

Beyond the screenings, fans can also take part in a promotion that offers a chance to win a trip to the World Cup. Shoppers who spend a minimum of $10 using VISA via the FairPrice Group app at Kopitiam outlets, including Lau Pa Sat, from now until 20 May 2026 will be eligible to enter a draw.

Three winners will receive a pair of exclusive hospitality packages to a group stage match, which includes match tickets with premium hospitality access, along with return flights and accommodation.
