Widely regarded as the biggest and most comprehensive edition in the past decade, this year’s event brought together both FHA-Food & Beverage and FHA-HoReCa under one major annual platform. Held alongside ProWine Singapore 2026 and IndusFood Asia 2026, the event featured more than 2,750 exhibitors across 10 halls, welcoming 70,000 trade visitors from around 110 countries and regions.

Biggest FHA in 10 Years

With 18 focused segments spanning the food, beverage, hospitality, retail, and technology sectors, FHA 2026 provided attendees with opportunities to discover new products, forge partnerships, and explore the future of the industry.

From sustainable solutions and premium produce to AI-powered operations and foodservice automation, the show reflected the rapidly evolving needs of global food and hospitality businesses.

Global Pavilions and International Presence

The exhibition halls came alive with country pavilions representing markets across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Strong regional participation came from Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea, while first-time or expanded representation included Cambodia, Mongolia, and the Philippines.

The European Union was named Region of Honour, showcasing premium agricultural products, food innovation, and sustainability initiatives that drew strong attention from visitors.

Meanwhile, the Singapore Pavilion, led by Enterprise Singapore, featured business matching opportunities between local brands and overseas buyers. A collaboration with the Singapore Food Manufacturers Association also introduced the “Flavours for the World” experience, highlighting Singapore’s capabilities as a food innovation hub.

Technology in the Spotlight

One of the key highlights this year was the introduction of FutureFWD, a dedicated zone focused on next-generation technologies.

The area featured seminars and exhibitors presenting innovations in artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and digital platforms, tools designed to improve productivity, enhance guest experiences, and support long-term sustainable growth.

Strong Momentum for Wines and Spirits

ProWine Singapore 2026 also ended on a strong note, hosting over 200 exhibitors from 24 countries.

The event showcased premium wines and spirits alongside emerging no- and low-alcohol beverages, attracting buyers, distributors, and hospitality professionals from across Southeast Asia. Visitor favourites included the Discovery Bar and Champagne Lounge, where curated tastings and direct engagement with producers took place.

Hosted Buyer Programme Drives Business Deals

FHA 2026’s Hosted Buyer Programme once again proved to be a major draw, bringing in 700 pre-qualified buyers from more than 23 countries and regions.

Across the four-day event, buyers participated in an impressive 19,000 business meetings with exhibitors and partners, helping create valuable commercial connections across the sector.
