Huawei has unveiled the HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner 2, a next-generation smartwatch engineered for runners seeking precision, endurance, and comfort. Available in Singapore from 16 April 2026, the watch combines cutting-edge sports technology with a lightweight, streamlined design, making it the ultimate companion for marathon and long-distance runners.

The HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner 2 is crafted for marathon performance, weighing just 43.5 g and built from high-strength nanomolded titanium alloy for a snug, barely-there fit. Huawei collaborated with marathon legend Eliud Kipchoge and the dsm-firmenich Running Team to ensure professional-grade running support.

At the core of the watch is Huawei’s non-intrusive lactate threshold detection algorithm and running power metric, providing runners with real-time insights into muscle performance and training intensity. Users can optimize workouts, design personalized training plans, and strategize race performance with confidence.

The WATCH GT Runner 2 introduces an industry-first Intelligent Marathon mode, supporting tracking for a wide range of World Athletics Label Road Races.
