W Singapore – Sentosa Cove has unveiled a comprehensive reimagination of its resort experience, marking a major transformation across its guestrooms, dining venues, wellness facilities, and event spaces. The redesign, developed in collaboration with design studio HACHEM, blends the cosmopolitan vibrancy of Singapore with the serenity of island living, an aesthetic that reflects the signature energy of the W Hotels brand.

The renewed concept brings together contemporary design, immersive experiences, and sustainability-focused initiatives to create a refreshed destination within Sentosa Cove.
Reimagined Guestrooms Inspired by Island Energy
The newly redesigned guestrooms and suites take inspiration from Sentosa’s lush environment and Singapore’s urban dynamism. Organic curves, verdant tones, and deep marina blues echo the surrounding natural landscape, while crisp lines reflect the city’s modern spirit.

Warm wooden panels, soft flooring, and plush carpets enhance the sense of comfort, complemented by a coral-orange sofa inspired by Sentosa sunsets. The sofa also doubles as an additional sleeping option, adding flexibility without compromising design.
Each room features Super King or Double Queen beds, private balconies in most categories, 65-inch smart TVs, and in-room Nespresso machines. Filtered drinking water is also provided, aligning with the hotel’s sustainability initiatives.
Art and Design at the Heart of the Experience
Art plays a central role throughout the resort’s redesigned spaces. Guests entering the Living Room are greeted by floating paper sculptures created by Peter Gentenaar, setting a contemplative tone that connects art, nature, and contemporary design.
Elsewhere, butterfly chandeliers repurposed from former guestrooms add movement and texture to the vibrant WOOBAR lounge, while sculptural timber columns inspired by Singapore’s iconic “Supertrees” complete the immersive design narrative.
AWAY Spa Reimagined as a Rainforest Sanctuary
The redesigned AWAY Spa introduces a tranquil wellness sanctuary inspired by rainforest environments. The space now features steam rooms, ice baths, infrared heat therapy, a vitality pool, and experiential showers, creating a holistic journey for relaxation and recovery.

Signature treatments powered by skincare brands Comfort Zone and Valmont combine science-backed formulations with sensory indulgence. Guests can also explore expanded wellness programmes including Aqua Boxing and cycling sessions with The Ripple Club.
Revamped Dining Concepts
Dining venues across the property have also been refreshed with bold new concepts.
At SKIRT, the resort’s signature steakhouse, the spotlight is placed on an interactive kitchen where guests can watch chefs prepare Wagyu beef, dry-aged meats, and seafood using a Josper Basque Grill and binchotan charcoal. A new menu features dishes such as Grilled Aquna Murray Cod and Cubano Iberico Pluma.
Meanwhile, the kitchen table continues to deliver vibrant all-day dining inspired by tropical island flavours.
For cocktails and nightlife, WOOBAR offers inventive mixology, live music, and a lively social atmosphere that embodies the playful energy of the W brand.
Upgraded Event Spaces for Modern Gatherings
The hotel’s meeting and event spaces, located on a single floor, have also been upgraded with new flooring, contemporary finishes, and enhanced functionality.
At the heart of the venue is the pillarless ballroom, The Great Room, which now features a 5 x 14 metre LED display panel that can be configured into two separate screens. Combined with high ceilings, natural daylight, and upgraded AV systems, the space is designed for immersive conferences, large-scale events, and brand activations.
Music and Nightlife Take Centre Stage
Expanding its entertainment offerings, the resort has introduced After Dark, a new music series that brings the global music culture of W Hotels to Singapore. The programme features international DJs, curated performances, and immersive nightlife experiences connecting music, travel, and hospitality.
Guests can also enjoy a wide range of daily resort activities, from DJ masterclasses and live performances to wellness sessions and creative workshops such as upcycled crafts, mini-gardening, and DIY coffee scrubs.
At sunset, the Sun Chasers sessions at WET Deck spotlight emerging DJs against Sentosa’s golden-hour skyline.

Sustainability at the Core of the Resort
Sustainability is deeply integrated into the resort’s transformation. Single-use plastics have been replaced by in-room filtration taps and in-house bottled water, while over 680 solar panels generate roughly 500,000 kWh of clean energy annually.
The resort has also earned EarthCheck Silver certification for its environmental initiatives.
Recognised with a Mid-Tier Farm-to-Table certification from the Singapore Food Agency, the hotel prioritises locally sourced ingredients and operates a smart farm wall where chefs harvest fresh herbs for dishes and cocktails. A food-waste upcycling programme converts kitchen scraps into fertilizer used for Sentosa’s greenery.
New Luxury Cruise Experience: The Afterglow Voyage
Looking ahead, the resort will launch The Afterglow Voyage, a luxury cruise experience aboard a St Vincent catamaran departing from Sentosa Cove marina.
The private charter experience, designed for celebrations such as proposals, birthdays, and intimate weddings, includes chef-curated dining and live DJ performances while sailing past Singapore’s skyline and nearby islands.
Charters start from $3,988 for up to 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 45 passengers and optional dining packages from $68++ per person.
To mark the inaugural sailing on 28 March 2026, the resort will host Sun Chasers Onboard, an all-white sunset cruise featuring a live DJ set by music curator Sivanesh Pillai, along with free-flow champagne, wines, cocktails, and signature culinary selections.
Tickets are priced at $298++ per person, with an additional Sun Chasers Onboard Room Package offering a one-night stay, breakfast for two, and access to the sunset cruise.
