Love Takes Flight with Emirates This Valentine’s Day

Romance is soaring to new heights this Valentine’s Day as Emirates rolls out a host of love-themed experiences in the air and on the ground. From decadent desserts and rosé Champagne to curated romantic entertainment, the airline is setting the mood for couples and travellers alike on 14 February.

Celebrating Love in the Sky

Passengers flying in Economy and Premium Economy Class on Valentine’s Day will receive a mini gift box featuring a raspberry chocolate brownie, while soft red mood lighting adds a romantic glow to the cabin.

In First and Business Class, customers will be treated to indulgent chocolate brownies and mini raspberry ganache tarts adorned with hearts. Onboard the A380, the popular Onboard Lounge will present an assortment of sweet delights including lemon and raspberry cupcakes, profiteroles, and mini tarts.

First Class passengers will be welcomed with a glass of Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009, an exceptional and rare vintage exclusive to Emirates. First produced in 1959, this cuvée celebrates pinot noir with aromas of raspberry and cherry, complemented by hints of cassis, fig, rose, orange oil, saffron, gingerbread, and liquorice.

Business Class customers can toast the occasion with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, known for its vibrant fruit profile, featuring notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry, enhanced by delicate floral undertones and a subtle touch of spice.

Love in the Lounges

From 13 to 15 February, Emirates Lounges in Dubai will offer an elevated Valentine’s experience. First Class guests can indulge in raspberry vanilla cake, pistachio strawberry cake, and red velvet cake, paired with romantic cocktails such as Love Potion and Whispered Hearts. Rosé Champagne will be served alongside canapés including marinated lobster en feuilleté and truffle cream éclat.

Business Class customers can savour red berries crunchy cake, strawberry and pistachio tart, and raspberry choux, or visit a dedicated ice cream cart serving homemade strawberry cheesecake ice cream and raspberry and rose sorbet.

Across Emirates Lounges worldwide, Valentine’s-themed offerings will reflect local flair, from heart-shaped ravioli in Rome to Valentine’s cupcakes in Cairo and chocolate-dipped strawberries in Sri Lanka.

Romance On Screen with Emirates ice

For those seeking cinematic love stories, Emirates’ award-winning inflight entertainment system, Emirates ice, features more than 100 romantic comedies and dramas.

The dedicated “Love Stories” collection includes new titles such as Regretting You, Workmates, and Tyler Perry’s Finding Joy, alongside beloved classics like 10 Things I Hate About You, The Notebook, Notting Hill, and the full Bridget Jones collection.

Fans of period dramas can revisit favourites such as Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, and Sanditon. K-drama lovers can tune into hits like Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, Lovely Runner, and What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim.

To complete the atmosphere, passengers can also stream curated playlists such as Spotify’s Valentine’s Day Love Mixtape or Emirates’ Romantic Moments collection.
