Australian Cult-favourite Yogurt Brand, Yo-Chi, Opens First Singapore Outlet with Snaking Queue Ahead of Launch

Australian cult-favourite frozen yogurt brand Yo-Chi made its grand debut in Singapore today, drawing an enthusiastic crowd even before its official 11am opening. The first eager customer reportedly started queuing as early as 3am, with a long line forming outside the Orchard Central outlet by mid-morning.

Yo-Chi brings its signature self-serve frozen yogurt and açaí experience to Singapore, offering creamy yogurts made with real Australian milk, never from powder.

The yogurts are claimed to be lower in calories, 98% fat-free, and packed with probiotics, catering to health-conscious dessert lovers. Dairy-free and gluten-free options are also available.

First launched in Melbourne in 2012, Yo-Chi has grown into Australia’s fastest-growing frozen yogurt and açaí brand, known for its self-serve concept and extensive toppings bar with over 60 stores in Australia. The Singapore store is also Yo-Chi’s first international store globally.

A key highlight at Yo-Chi is their self-serve açaí bar, a first in Singapore, featuring organic and sustainably sourced açaí paired with fresh fruits.

Customers can personalise their yogurt cups and açaí bowls with an array of toppings, including fan favourites like chocolate chip cookie dough, mini mochi, and fresh strawberries.

Localised toppings such as coconut jelly and nata de coco add a familiar touch to the menu.

The store’s modern, warm wood aesthetic invites customers to linger and enjoy their desserts in a vibrant, welcoming space.
