Recognized for his trailblazing career across film, TV, and music, Black will be honored onstage before getting doused in Nickelodeon’s legendary green slime. No stranger to the orange carpet, he previously hosted the show in 2006, 2008, and 2011, and snagged several fan-voted trophies—including for his voice roles as “Bowser” in The Super Mario Bros. Movie and “Po” in Kung Fu Panda.
The 2025 show, hosted by global sensation Tyla, promises the ultimate summer bash—complete with wild stunts, high-energy music, and surprise celebrity appearances. LA-based girl group KATSEYE is set to perform their hit single “Gnarly,” and stars including Ice Spice, Tony Hawk, Auliʻi Cravalho, Kel Mitchell, Victoria Monét, and more are confirmed to appear.
