Dubbed the Golden Nectar Afternoon Tea, this elegant experience is a love letter to the golden elixir of wellness, in this case Comvita’s Mānuka and Gourmet honeys – celebrated through a series of whimsical, bee-inspired creations by Executive Pastry Chef Jason Goh.

A name well-respected in Singapore’s patisserie circles, Chef Jason Goh is known for his delicate artistry and flavour-forward desserts. Having won numerous accolades for his creative flair, Chef Goh brings his signature finesse to this latest showcase, infusing every bite with thoughtful textures and well-balanced notes of sweetness. His honours over the years include numerous Gold medals in FHA’s culinary challenges and also the Gold medal in the 2018 Expogast Culinary World Cup.
