Banyan Group marks its milestone 30th anniversary with record-breaking achievements and an ambitious pipeline for 2025. With its 100th resort set to open in Singapore next year, alongside expansions into new territories such as Tanzania and the Dominican Republic, the Group continues to redefine hospitality on a global scale.

A Bold Vision for 2025

Banyan Group’s growth momentum shows no signs of slowing, with 15 new hotel and resort openings and five branded residence developments on the horizon. These projects reflect the Group’s evolution towards multi-concept spaces that blend wellness, nature, culture, and community.

Key Highlights of 2025

  • Ubuyu, Banyan Tree Escape, Tanzania: Banyan Group’s first safari resort opens in Ruaha National Park, offering immersive experiences along the Great Ruaha River, with a deep connection to local culture and wildlife.
  • Bangkok Integrated Development: A boutique urban space in Bangkok that merges accommodations, spa, dining, a membership club, and a nightclub for a dynamic, multi-layered experience.
  • Global Expansions: New openings include Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay (China), Banyan Tree Haeundae Busan (South Korea), Cassia Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), and Homm Mandaue City Cebu (Philippines).
