Having previously captivated Singaporean audiences in 2013 and 2019, The Phantom of the Opera has become a fan favorite. Known for its enchanting story and unforgettable score, this timeless masterpiece will once again transport audiences to the mysterious depths of the Paris Opera House.

The show is based on Gaston Leroux’s novel Le Fantôme de L’Opéra, telling the haunting tale of a disfigured musical genius—the Phantom—who lives beneath the Paris Opera House. Obsessed with the beautiful young soprano Christine, the Phantom becomes her mentor, only to be caught in a web of jealousy and passion as Christine falls for Raoul. The result is a thrilling love story that weaves together music, madness, and obsession.

The Singapore production will feature Jonathan Roxmouth as the Phantom and Grace Roberts as Christine, supported by a talented international cast of 37 performers from the UK, USA, South Africa, Australia, and more.

Audiences can expect to hear iconic songs like “The Music of the Night,” “All I Ask of You,” and the title track, “The Phantom of the Opera.” With stunning costumes, a captivating set, and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s hauntingly beautiful score, this production promises an unforgettable theatrical experience.

Having been performed in 47 countries and 195 cities, The Phantom of the Opera has won over 70 major theatre awards and remains the longest-running show in Broadway history. Its nearly 14,000 performances have been seen by over 19.5 million people and have grossed $1.3 billion.

Directed by Phantom Associate Director Rainer Fried, with music supervision by Kristen Blodgette and choreography by Denny Berry, this production is part of the International Tour, bringing the beloved musical across Asia in 2025.

A pre-sale waitlist for tickets is now open until October 9, 2024, giving fans the chance to be first in line for this much-anticipated event.
