Known for its vibrant shopping and dining scene, Changi Airport continues to innovate, ensuring customers enjoy a memorable journey through its eclectic mix of retail offerings across all terminals and Jewel Changi Airport.

Membership to Changi Rewards is free, boasting over two million members who can earn shopping rebates as points from numerous shops and restaurants throughout the airport. Members have access to a diverse range of rewards, including tickets to attractions at Jewel, e-vouchers for use within the airport, parking vouchers, Krisflyer miles, and more. One standout feature of the programme is the GST-absorbed shopping, allowing members to save 9% on purchases made in the public areas of Changi Airport.

Exciting New Perks and Enhanced Benefits

In line with its mission to elevate customer experience, the refreshed Changi Rewards programme introduces a host of attractive perks. Members can now enjoy enhanced free parking benefits and special birthday vouchers, as well as a new premium membership tier called Monarch.

During their birthday month, Regular Changi Rewards members will continue to earn double bonus points on their first transaction (capped at S$1,000) with a minimum spend of S$10. For the Gold, Platinum, and Monarch members, they will receive S$20, S$40, and S$60 worth of Changi e-Voucher Flexi, respectively, on the 1st day of their birthday month for use at any participating outlet.

Gold members previously required a minimum spend of S$35 to redeem one hour of free parking. This has now been upgraded to one hour of free parking daily with no minimum spend. Members spending S$60 at Terminals 1 to 4 or S$80 at Jewel can enjoy two hours of free parking (excluding the eve of and public holidays), while Platinum members can benefit from a maximum of four hours of free parking.

Introducing Monarch: The Ultimate VIP Experience

The new Monarch tier is designed for Changi’s most valued customers, offering exclusive benefits such as a 4% rebate on spending—eight times the points earned by regular members—with no cap on points. Monarch members will enjoy year-round complimentary parking at all Changi Airport terminals, personalized shopping and dining reservation services through the dedicated Monarch Concierge team, and S$60 worth of Changi e-Voucher Flexi during their birthday month.

To qualify for this exclusive tier, members must achieve a minimum spend of S$25,000 within 12 months at Changi Airport, iShopChangi, or Jewel, among other criteria.

More Benefits for All Members

Changi Rewards members across all tiers will enjoy additional perks, including GST-absorbed shopping, double rewards points for both Changi Rewards and CapitaStar programmes at Jewel, and exclusive invitations to events and experiences.

Furthermore, the programme now features a 12-month rolling expiry for points, allowing members more time and flexibility to redeem their rewards. Points will remain valid for 12 months from the date of earning, moving away from the previous annual expiry date of 30 June.
