The grand opening, attended by Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat, dsm-firmenich CEO Dimitri de Vreeze, and Swiss Ambassador Frank Grütter, highlights the strategic importance of these facilities. Collaborations with top research institutes like the National University of Singapore (NUS) and A*STAR are set to drive further advancements in sustainable food solutions.

On the production side, the PEACE Facility is within a 11,000 square meter facility and is designed to meet the growing demands of brands across Asia, providing flexibility and speed in manufacturing. It also houses the region’s only production site for dsm-firmenich’s Popscent technology, offering long-lasting fragrance solutions. This facility underscores the company’s dedication to sustainability and is expected to deliver its first batch of products by September 2024.
