Jointly developed by Allgreen Properties Limited and Kerry Properties Limited, the event was officiated by Guests of Honour, Mr. Teo Chee Hean, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, Mr. Desmond Tan, Senior Minister of State, Prime Minister’s Office, and Mr. Sharael Taha, Member of Parliament, Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC.

Since its soft opening on June 12, 2024, Pasir Ris Mall has quickly become a vibrant hub for both Pasir Ris residents and visitors, offering a diverse mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options. Shoppers can look forward to exciting developments that will establish Pasir Ris Mall as the neighborhood’s new focal point.

Central Greenway and Outdoor Activities

The section of the Central Greenway adjacent to Pasir Ris Mall is now open, providing a scenic pathway for pedestrians and cyclists, as well as numerous alfresco dining options. Families can also enjoy the interactive outdoor playground, offering a fun and engaging space for children.

Vibrant Tenant Mix

Hosting over 150 concepts, Pasir Ris Mall features key tenants such as Japanese casualwear brand UNIQLO, the Halal-certified Cantine by Kopitiam, a 24-hour Snap Fitness, and a sprawling Cold Storage branch.

Among the newest restaurants to open are Kageyama Ramen & Tonkatsu, an award-winning ramen chain from Tokyo, JIANGHU Buffet, known for its Sichuan-style hotpot, BBQ, and grilled fish, and Adinda by Gerai Nenek Obek, debuting its first-ever restaurant concept at the mall. Coffee lovers can enjoy Tim Hortons, while fans of Korean cuisine and pet-owners can visit Nayana Plus along the Central Greenway.

Holistic Wellness and Education

Pasir Ris Mall ensures comprehensive care for the community with holistic wellness options such as Kin Teck Tong, Chiropractic First, and Fullerton Health Hub @ Pasir Ris.

UOB Branch and Art Integration

The mall also hosts a UOB branch with a unique façade featuring a mural inspired by Pasir Ris landmarks. Sustainability and CSR Initiatives

Pasir Ris Mall exemplifies its commitment to the environment through sustainable building materials and fixtures, including energy-efficient light fittings, high-performance glasses, an efficient air conditioning system, and solar-powered landscape lighting. The mall’s sustainability efforts have earned it the prestigious BCA Green Mark Platinum Award, and it was financed through a green loan from DBS Bank, Maybank, and OCBC Bank.

In collaboration with The Art Faculty, a social enterprise by the Autism Resource Centre, Pasir Ris Mall commissioned self-taught artist Kevin Lim to design a reusable shopping bag and thermo bottle for the grand opening, showcasing the mall’s commitment to supporting artists on the autism spectrum while promoting sustainability.

Future Developments

The mall will continue to grow, with more facilities becoming available in the coming years. A new polyclinic is set to open at the end of 2024, followed by the Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub in 2025, which will include a new bus interchange and direct access to the future Cross Island Line from the mall’s basement. In 2026, the mall’s Town Plaza will be completed to accommodate larger gatherings.
