Gardens by the Bay has just unveiled its second Starbucks store, adding another layer of charm to its lush landscape. Nestled within the community space of Active Garden, this new Starbucks establishment offers patrons a delightful retreat amidst nature’s embrace.

Situated along the picturesque waterfront promenade facing Marina Bay, the store is conveniently accessible, just a leisurely 10-minute stroll from Bayfront MRT station. Boasting a spacious indoor area of 130 square meters and an alfresco space spanning 100 square meters, the pet-friendly Starbucks store is enveloped by verdant surroundings, providing a tranquil setting for coffee aficionados to unwind.

What sets this Starbucks apart is its enchanting “Enchanted Forest” theme, meticulously crafted by Gardens by the Bay’s horticulturists. Through a fusion of live tropical plants and preserved flowers, the store emanates a vibrant tapestry of greenery and color. A striking feature wall, spanning 8.3 square meters, showcases a mesmerizing river of preserved blooms in rainbow hues, meandering through a moss-laden forest.

In line with Gardens by the Bay’s commitment to sustainability, the new Starbucks store is on track to achieve Greener Store certification. Each Starbucks Greener Store incorporates a range of sustainable features, including energy and water-efficient equipment, low-emitting paints and sealants, and initiatives like the Grounds for Your Garden program. Additionally, the store will collect used coffee grounds for composting, enriching the soil for plant growth—a testament to its eco-conscious ethos.

Active Garden, inaugurated in 2022, serves as a vibrant communal space spanning 10,000 square meters, offering a plethora of activities for people of all ages. From multi-generational fitness equipment to outdoor musical instruments and expansive lawns, the garden fosters connections through physical, social, and learning pursuits. Recognized with the prestigious Green Mark Platinum Award, Active Garden epitomizes sustainability and inclusivity.

This second Starbucks store at Gardens by the Bay adds to the allure of the destination, complementing the first Starbucks store at Golden Garden near the Main Entrance, which opened in 2021.
