Culinary enthusiasts in Singapore are in for a treat as Osteria Mozza welcomes back renowned Chef Nancy Silverton from 6 to 11 March 2024. Known for her innovative Californian-Italian cuisine, Chef Silverton’s return promises a tantalizing array of new flavors and exclusive dining experiences.
During her visit, Chef Silverton will introduce new flavors to Osteria Mozza’s wood-fired pizza menu and present March-exclusive burgers from Chi Spacca, her acclaimed meat-focused restaurant in Los Angeles. The highlight of the week will be a one-night-only Four-Hands Dinner on 8 March, featuring a collaborative feast with Chef Dave Pynt of Burnt Ends fame.
Indulge in Chef Silverton’s signature wood-fired pizzas, renowned for their ultra-crisp bases and aromatic flavors. The updated menu features tantalizing options such as Fresh Goat Cheese, BLT, and Le Bianche, each showcasing the richness of Italian heritage ingredients.
Throughout March, diners can savor Chi Spacca’s famous dry-aged beef burgers at Osteria Mozza. From the classic Spacca Burger to the irresistible Sooner Smash Burger, each dish promises a symphony of flavors and textures.
On 8 March, Chef Silverton and Chef Pynt will join forces for an unforgettable dining experience at Osteria Mozza. The six-course tasting menu will showcase signature dishes from both chefs, culminating in a decadent dessert showcase featuring a Smoked Cheesecake from Burnt Ends and assorted biscotti from Chef Silverton’s cookbook.
Priced at $348++ per person ($498++ per person with wine pairing), the Four-Hands Dinner promises an extraordinary culinary journey, blending fine ingredients, expert craftsmanship, and the artistry of wood-fire cooking.
