Samsonite Encourages Sustainable Travel with Annual Luggage Trade-In Campaign

For travelers looking to journey in style while making a positive impact on the environment, Samsonite’s annual Luggage Trade-In campaign offers the perfect opportunity. This initiative not only allows adventurers to upgrade their travel gear but also contributes to the brand’s commitment to environmental responsibility by giving pre-loved luggage a second chance at life.

From 14 March to 28 April 2024, Samsonite invites all passionate globetrotters to participate in this meaningful campaign at all Samsonite stores. Regardless of brand, size, or condition, all types of luggage are welcomed for trade-in. The pre-loved luggage collected will be recycled, with the materials meticulously transformed into eco-friendly travel memorabilia.

In collaboration with WWF-Singapore, Samsonite pledges to donate SGD10 to the WWF-Singapore Earth Hour campaign for every trade-in transaction. As a symbolic gesture of their dedication to the cause, all non-essential lights in Samsonite stores will be switched off on 23 March 2024, Saturday, from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm, aligning with the Earth Hour Switch Off event.
