Season one introduces a stellar lineup of acclaimed chefs, including the one-Michelin-starred LG Han from Labyrinth in Singapore, Chef Ton from Le Du and Nusara in Bangkok, Chef Pam from POTONG in Bangkok, award-winning pastry chef Janice Wong from 2AM Dessert Bar in Singapore, TV personality Bjorn Shen from Smalls & Artichoke in Singapore, and Asia 50 Best chef Jordy Navarra from Toyo Eatery in Manila.

Each episode of ‘Chefs Uncut’ serves as a window into the unique culinary styles, innovative techniques, and personal journeys of these esteemed chefs.
