As the oneworld Alliance gears up to celebrate its 25th anniversary later this year, the inauguration of the oneworld lounge marks a significant milestone in the world of airline alliances. The collaboration for this venture involved oneworld teaming up with global aviation ground services provider Swissport, along with the creative minds behind the award-winning ASPIRE Airport Lounges.
Nestled in Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport, the expansive oneworld lounge covers an impressive 555 square meters, offering stylish seating in a contemporary setting that accommodates up to 148 customers. Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the furthest oneworld airlines’ departure gates, the bright and modern lounge sets a new standard for premium travel experiences.
Incheon International Airport is a hub served by seven oneworld member airlines: American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, and SriLankan Airlines. Together, these oneworld member airlines operate over 60 weekly flights to Seoul, connecting the Korean capital with a vast network of more than 900 destinations worldwide through the oneworld member network.
The new oneworld lounge promises a contemporary airport experience, providing customers with a vibrant and serene space to recharge, relax, and dine before their flight. Open daily between 7:30 am and 11:45 pm, the lounge caters to Cathay Diamond and Gold members, oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members, as well as First and Business Class customers traveling with any oneworld member airlines. Cathay Silver members traveling on Cathay Pacific flights are also welcomed to indulge in the luxurious amenities of the new lounge.
