Embark on a Cocktail Odyssey: SEA Bartender Exchange with Hendrick’s Gin and Monkey Shoulder

The vibrant cocktail scene in Singapore is about to get a taste of innovation and excitement as William Grant & Sons launches its inaugural ‘SEA Bartender Exchange’ program. This regional guest-shift series brings together the finest mixologists, featuring the stars of the cocktail world. Join us as we dive into the world of Hendrick’s Gin and Monkey Shoulder with Bangkok-based Thaipioka’s Head Bartender Fluke and Ray Cocktail and Bite’s Beverage Manager Boom, as they stir up a storm in the local cocktail scene.

Curious Gin Refreshments at Night Hawk

On 9 January, Night Hawk will be transformed into a haven for cucumberists and gin enthusiasts, courtesy of Hendrick’s Gin. Experience the magic as Thaipioka blends local and seasonal produce into four exquisite libations ($25++ each).

Cucumber Cooler Drink Strategy

Niam Kumquat: Fragrant blend of Hendrick’s Gin and blanc vermouth infused with niam leaves, kumquats, and olives.

Raisin Balsamic Negroni: A sophisticated balance of Hendrick’s Gin, raisin-infused vermouth, and raspberry-infused Campari, finished with a dash of balsamic vinegar.

Green & Tea: Floral dimensions with Sencha-infused Hendrick’s Gin, sweet basil, tarragon, and Bénédictine, redefining the classic gin and tonic.

Shoyu Bloody Mary: Japanese-inspired twist on the classic cocktail with Hendrick’s Gin and pickled tomato.

Shake up Playful Whisky Concoctions at Offtrack

On 10 January, Offtrack will be the stage for Monkey Shoulder, the blended malt whisky that challenges convention. Expect four experimental Monkey Shoulder tipples ($24++ each) that redefine the rules of the perfect whisky drink.

Chocolate Ginger: A decadent blend of Monkey Shoulder whisky, chocolate, red wine cordial, topped with peanuts and soda.

Calamansi Sour: A zesty reimagining of the classic whisky cocktail with Monkey Shoulder, calamansi, lime juice, orgeat, and rice powder.

Misold Fashioned: Umami-packed blend of Monkey Shoulder, white miso, cognac, and sesame syrup, garnished with a miso cream cheese cracker.

Shiso Collins: A refreshing and citrusy combination of Monkey Shoulder, red shisho umeshu, oleo-saccharum, sudachi juice, and soda.
