To show appreciation for its many delivery partners who are consistently working hard to deliver food and groceries, foodpanda is launching a ‘double tips, double love’ campaign in Singapore this April. During the campaign period, foodpanda will match every dollar that delivery partners receive in tips from customers on the platform, so they earn twice the amount of tips.

As with all tips that customers gift to delivery partners on the platform, 100 per cent of the amount received will be fully credited to delivery partners’ accounts.

The campaign will be rolled out in Singapore from 14 April through 16 April, and is expected to benefit thousands of local delivery partners.

foodpanda has always prioritised the well-being of its delivery partners through various initiatives. This includes offering insurance so that delivery partners can work with peace of mind, and working with external parties to provide delivery partners with resources such as discounted ebike rentals, free rental of bicycles, and discounts on fuel and servicing.

Upskilling and personal development are also key focus areas – foodpanda delivery partners can take up free or discounted courses on mobile learning platform Gnowbe. Topics include financial literacy, customer service and language skills. In line with its commitment to improve delivery partner welfare, foodpanda regularly collects feedback from our delivery partners to understand their concerns.

Delivery partners can also access the Intellect self-care app where there are materials on supporting one’s own mental health and maintaining healthy relationships.
