This festive period, JUMBO Seafood presents set menus centered around its Award-Winning Chilli Crab. Think big juicy tender crabs drenched in a mouth-watering sauce expertly concocted by the culinary team with a myriad of over 10 different Southeast Asian spices, including chillies, turmeric, lemongrass, candlenuts and tau cheo (Chinese fermented bean paste).

The server was eloquent and hearty in working up a huat atmosphere with auspicious Chinese sayings while preparing the Yu Sheng.

The crabs were big, meaty, tender and had a umami quality that leaves you lingering for more.
Divine by itself, it is made all the more satisfying with the gravy- a flavourful blend of spiciness tinged with a sweet sourness enfolding a subtle eggy fragrance that complements the freshness of crab.
The addictive sauce is something to relish – you don’t want to waste a drop. The highly-recommended accompaniment of golden Deep Fried Mini Buns 炸馒头 are the best way to mop up all that finger-licking-good gravy.
