If you are a meat lover to the extreme and likes to pair meat with alcohol, Morganfield’s new Bourbon Bacon Sticky Bones is just what you need to satisfy your meat craving.

The pork ribs dish features a hearty, rich and smoky sauce infused with bourbon, hand-chopped bacon bits and topped with strips of Candied Bourbon Bacon. You read it correctly, it is pork ribs sprinkled with bacon and accompanied with another bacon! You can’t get any meatier than this.

We tried it and love it. Warning though – meat lovers only as it is really meat on top of meat with more meat on the side.

The new Bourbon Bacon Sticky Bones dish is available at S$29.90 for Half Slab or S$49.90 for Full Slab. It is also available in Baby Back Ribs Full Slab at S$39.90 and is served with Potato Salad and Grilled Corn on Cob on the side.

The Candied Bourbon Bacon can be ordered separately as a side dish for S$11.90. To have both sweet and savoury flavours in one dish makes it a fun side to enjoy.
