The first-ever winners of Deliveroo’s first Foodiepreneur Competition, Kristoffer Tian and Jonathan Tong, known as Wearelittlebites, have launched three new exciting menus at Deliveroo Food Market for dine-in and delivery, providing even more great-tasting choices for hungry Singaporeans this new year.
With their prize comprising S$25,000 worth of cash and business support from Deliveroo, the young chefs have created a delightful array of dishes, featuring their signature Har Mee, colourful and tasty grain bowls, warm and toasty sandwiches as well as a selection of tartlets and sliced cakes.
The Grain Bowl
The Grain Bowl menu was created with the intention of fueling customers the right way, featuring a selection of wholesome, fusion bowls which are both nutritious and appetizing. Whether it’s the Roast Duck Bowl, Wearelittlebites’ take on the local Roast Duck Rice featuring smoked duck breast with Hainanese-style couscous or their Thai-tanic Bowl, a surprising mix of cured Norwegian salmon with fresh Thai mango salad and arugula.
Made with Loaf
Pick from a series of innovative creations such as the crowd favourite Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich or the Classic Roast Beef made with 12-hour smoked brisket and caramelised onions. Picky eaters can also customize their own sandwiches with tasty ingredients and fillings.
Little Bites Bakery
If you’re a fan of both savoury and sweet, try the Chocolate Salted Caramel Tart, made with chocolate and salted caramel ganache, topped with coffee whipped ganache. For something zesty, Wearelittlebites’ Lemon Meringue Tart is an excellent option.
Available at Deliveroo Food Market for both dine-in and delivery, customers can now experience Asian- influenced French cuisine at the site, or direct to their doorsteps.
