According to a report by Zaobao, 28-year-old Ji Jeevan set up shop at Block 116 Toa Payoh Lor 2 called the Li Na Fishball Noodle. The stall was named after his girlfriend, Melina.

The stall also went viral when Jeevan was the one who was featured as a seller during one of the stall’s operating hours.

According to the post from the stall’s Facebook page, their establishment is open from 7.00 am to 1.00 pm on weekdays while their operating hours on weekends are from 7.00 am to 8.30 pm.

The report said that Jeevan was working as an investment banker for eight years, while his girlfriend was in the digital marketing industry.

They made a comfortable combined five-digit salary, but since Jeevan wanted to spend more time with his girlfriend, he quit his job and started the stall, which sells bak chor mee and fishball noodles.

The same report said that he also liked to eat noodles since he was a child, and that’s the inspiration behind the stall.
