According to a Channel News Asia report, Mohamad Aliff Aziz, a Singaporean singer, was charged with theft, which happened in a hotel room and a Starbucks outlet.
28-year-old Mohamad has worked in both Malaysia and Singapore, and was charged on Tuesday, September 3. He allegedly stole one packet of Marlboro white menthol cigarettes worth $14.10 at a STarbucks in Plaza Singapura. The crime allegedly happened at 4:45 in the morning last August 6, 2019.

Another store at 68 Orchard Road was allegedly the scene of another theft, where he reportedly stole a lighter worth $1.50.
He has also been charged with theft-in-dwelling for the theft of $300 and 1,000,000 Rupiah from a Studio M Hotel Room in Singapore last June 7.
Who is Mohamad Aliff Aziz?
Aliff won reality TVsinging contest Anugerah in 2007. He then signed on with Sony Music BGM Malaysia. He was the youngest to win the contest at 16 years old. Part of his prize was a Mediacorp Artiste Management contract that was worth more than $100,000.
He also served as an instructor at the Singapore Civil Defence Force in Jalan Bahar from 2009. He ended is service in 2011 and moved to Malaysia where he continued with his showbiz career.

He currently has 1,000,000 Instagram followers and his single “Jangan Ganggu Pacarku” received 1,000,000 views within 24 hours of the song’s release.
He was engaged in 2016 to Dayang Ara Nabellah Awang Astillah or Bella Astillah, but the engagement lasted only nine months. He was married to Bella in a wedding with 1,000 guests at the Top Glove in Shah Alam, Selangor. They have one son.

But in July 2017, he cheated on his wife with an actress named Afifah Nasir. He cheated a second time with actress Octovia Manrose. He and his wife then separated and lived apart for three months before filing for divorce n March 21, 2019. He was caught cheating for a third time with another woman on May 14, 2019, and the divorce was finalized two days after that.
