NEX launches my NEXrewards – a mobile application that incorporates a fuss-free and seamless loyalty system for shoppers. The loyalty programme aims to deliver a higher quality of customer experience and position NEX as the retail epicentre in Singapore’s heartlands.
At the point of purchase, shoppers will enjoy a swift and integrated experience, whilst earning NEXpoints instantly through the Jeripay terminals at all NEX retail outlets. These terminals, deployed at each tenant’s retail outlet, are at no cost – a mark of NEX’s commitment to innovating and adapting to changing customer preferences.
All tenants’ staff members are trained in the multi-faceted use of the terminals to ensure that my NEXrewards members will receive optimum benefits of the loyalty programme.
my NEXrewards – Members Benefits
With each purchase made, members will earn NEXpoints at the point of purchase without the hassle of scanning receipts to claim loyalty points. By simply presenting the member QR code on my NEXrewards at the point of purchase, they can immediately earn NEXpoints:
- Non-Supermarket = 1 NEXpoint for every $1 spent
- Supermarket (Cold Storage) = 1 NEXpoint for every $5 spent)
Minimum spend of $20 in a single receipt is required to earn points, capped at maximum redemption of 500 points per day.
The points earned can be used to redeem e-vouchers.
Every 1,000 NEXpoints accumulated will allow members to redeem a $5 eNEXvoucher, giving them added value to their spending.
my NEXrewards – Launch Event
Shoppers who sign up as a member from now till 1 September (11 AM to 9 PM daily) will receive a chance to win up to 100,000 NEXpoints in the sure-win lucky dip, at the my NEXrewards launch event at Basement 2.
Members who sign up from 23 August to 1 September will receive one lucky dip chance. Total of 12,000 prizes to be won.
