Gram Café and Pancakes, famous for its jiggly, Insta-worthy soufflé pancakes, is set to open in VivoCity on 16 June at 1pm.
Gram pancakes are whipped full of air for that fluffy texture and slow-cooked on low heat. The café also prides itself on its butter, sauces, and cream toppings, all of which are made in-house.
Its claim to fame, the signature Premium Pancakes, are served with Gram original butter, whipped cream, and maple syrup. However, this masterpiece takes time to prepare. Orders are limited to 3 times a day—11am, 3pm, and 6pm—with 30 servings each time. You’ll have to get a token, which entitles you to one serving.
Apart from the iconic pancake tower, you can also go for the thin pancakes. These come with both sweet and savoury options, including Rich Tiramisu Pancakes (S$15.90), Coconut Custard Pancakes (S$13.90), Turkey Bacon and Scrambled Egg Pancakes (S$18.90), and Salmon and Avocado Pancakes (S$19.90).
Gram offers a total of 16 toppings for customisation, from sausages to fruits and ice-cream. Non-pancake fans can go for the BLT Sandwich ($14.90). The café also serves a variety of French toasts, starting from S$12.90 for the classic option.
What’s more, Singapore fans will have first dibs on an exclusive Japanese Curry pancake creation, yet to be launched. Gram will be offering takeout options at a later date, including a Premium To Go set.
