Kam’s Roast Goose to open Singapore’s second outlet in Jewel Changi Airport

Kam’s Roast is launching its second outlet in Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport! This marks the first time the Kam’s Roast Goose brand is opening an outlet in an airport setting.

At the new outlet, Kam’s Roast will offer The Roast Duck Travel Gift Pack, which comprises the restaurant’s signature roast duck, a travel gift pack that guests can bring on their flights. The cured sausages — lean pork, goose liver, or mixed flavours — will also be available in boxes so travellers can enjoy them back home as souvenirs.

Opening Hours: 10 AM to 10 PM (Monday to Sunday)

Promotions for the cured sausages are as follows:

  • Get 2 boxes and enjoy 5 % discount
  • Get 4 boxes and enjoy 10% discount
  • Get 6 boxes and above and enjoy a 15% discount

These special discounts will be available exclusively at the new Jewel outlet.

The restaurant will offer two additional promotions as well:

  • Lunch Takeaway Promotion (10 AM to 5 PM) – Free upgrade of half marinated egg + 2 slices of marinated tofu with any order of roast meat on rice/noodles
  • S$1 for Cured Sausages (worth S$8.80++) with a minimum spend of S$40 for dine-in only.

Kam’s Roast Pacific Plaza outlet will launch the opening specials on 1 April 2019 and the same promotions will be launched at the new Jewel branch on their opening on 11 April 2019.

Kam’s Roast Beloved Menu

Kam’s Roast’s Signature Roast Duck is one of what the restaurant is known for roasted Cantonese style. Another beloved dish is the Suckling Pig, which has crispy skin. Beneath the skin is a thick texture that brims with collagen.

Iberico Char Siu is also one of the popular roasts. The pork is recognised as one of the four global gastronomic delights alongside caviar, foie gras and truffle.  The meat comes from the free-range black hog pigs of the Iberian Peninsula, all fed on a diet of acorns. This high-quality and highly prized meat is marinated and seasoned with a secret blend created by the Kam family and roasted the traditional way of using modern technology. Every slice of the char siu has an enticing ratio of lean meat and fat, and the charred bits add a delightful crunch.
