2018 was a big year for Qantas. Last year, the company launched the historic Perth-London service, brought back the Kangaroo Route to operate via Singapore, and announced an extensive lounge upgrade programme that will see a brand-new First lounge at Changi Airport in 2019.

Since the Singapore-London services commenced on March 2018, Singapore is now the largest Qantas hub outside of Australia. In 2018, it has flown over 730,000 passengers out of Singapore to over 260 destinations, including more than 60 destinations in Australia.

The new Singapore-London route was a milestone for Qantas. What’s more is a new Sydney-Bendigo route will soon commence starting 31 March 2019. It also re-introduced the A380 service from Singapore to Melbourne and Sydney, offering First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins to our customers.

Overall, the most popular Qantas destinations from Singapore were Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Auckland.
