A layered concoction with a distinctive taste, it features smooth brown sugar jelly, fluffy whipped cream and a super shiok blend of coconut rose sauce, milk and ice, topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of coconut rose sauce. Ready to get your Pom Pink Pink on?
Accompanying the Shiok-ah-ccino is a mouthwatering, locally-influenced menu of pies and cakes. Satiate your hunger with two pies infused with the sass of well-loved local dishes, the “Mai Hum” Chicken LaksaPie ($5.90) – featuring the heady fragrance of laksa leaves – and the “Hiam Ah” Devil’s Curry Pie ($5.90), which packs a punch inspired by a Eurasian favorite.
