Today is Valentine’s Day and if you haven’t make your dinner reservation, Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore may just save the day for you. Executive Chef Sherwin Sim has crafted a special -course set menu for the occasion, featuring luxurious items like foie gras, Lawry’s signature roast beef and Atlantic lobster and scallops.

A Treat for Two - Braised USDA wagyu beef cheek with pistachio crust, grilled pineapple and balsamico reduction, yellow frisse and smoked salmon topped with avruga on bed of water biscuit, served with purple cucumber pickles

The Perfect Duo – Pan fried foie gras with port-raisin sauce, foie gras macaroon with chocolate and almond soll

Let The Romance Begin - Signature roasted USDA prime rib of beef, 180 grams roasted prime rib of beef carved and served with US Idaho mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, whipped cream horseradish, with a choice of creamed corn, creamed spinach or buttered peas

Manjari chocolate and hazelnut praline mousse dome, raspberry coulis served white truffle ice cream in chocolate shell with flakes, pistachio soll and yuzu with flambe meringue

First Seating | 5pm to 8pm | S$168++ per pax

Second Seating | 8.15pm onwards | S$188++ per pax

Reservations is highly recommended and go for the earlier seating if you are looking for cost-saving. For the main course, there is a choice of Lawry’s signature roasted beef or the seafood alternative of a baked lobster tail with scallop. I would recommend going for the signature beef if this is your first time dining at Lawry’s. For regulars or repeat diners, the alternative main will be a refreshing change.
