  1. This post is hilarious! It is amusing how some people are smart enough to answer and still has a touch of humour with those questions. I think the human resource industry is experimenting from time to time with its recruitment and selection team. It is refreshing to read some of the questions which makes you think of its relevance in assessing applicants or a creation of balance in a situation full of serious questions and answers. Despite the humorous experiences of others, I still personally think that interviewers should really craft questions to test an applicant’s attitude and abilities based on the position applied for. Recruitment is crucial since it is a gatekeeper whether you open the doors of your company to those who are aspiring to be part of it.
