The other 2 crafted bread are relatable to Singaporeans, namely Ah Lemak?! and SingaShake. Inspired by one of Singapore’s favorite breakfast, Chef Johnny uses the ingredients from Nasi Lemak such as Ikan Bilis sambal and peanuts to create Ah Lemak?!. Using kaya and eggless coconut custard, Chef Johnny created Singashake which resembles our refreshing quench of a fresh coconut on a hot day. A biscuit stick is added to represent the straw.
