Wine, dine and shop off the beaten path in Hong Kong (Intro)
I am always amazed at how there are always new things to see and eat in Hong Kong. During a recent sponsored trip to Hong Kong (thank you Hong Kong Tourism Board!), I had the fortune of attending the opening night of the annual Wine & Dine Festival 2014, as well as visit some places which are new to me.
If you’re planning your umpteenth trip to Hong Kong and want to know where to eat the most delicious food, the hippest place to shop and the most traditional place to have si mut milk tea, you must stay tuned.
Also, you could Follow six rising Asian chefs on 3-part series “My Taste of Hong Kong”, on Discovery Network Asia Pacific (TLC Channel). The series is a collaboration between Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, and features Ms Michelle Loo, Hong Kong’s veteran entertainment writer and avid foodie, as the local host to rising chefs hailing from Singapore (Brandon Foo and Shen Tan), Indonesia (Arnold Poernomo and Edwin Lau), Malaysia (Anis Nabilah) and Thailand (Duangporn ‘Bo’ Songvisava). Here are the air dates and timings:
