I am always amazed at how there are always new things to see and eat in Hong Kong. During a recent sponsored trip to Hong Kong (thank you Hong Kong Tourism Board!), I had the fortune of attending the opening night of the annual Wine & Dine Festival 2014, as well as visit some places which are new to me.

The series is a collaboration between Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, and features Ms Michelle Loo, Hong Kong’s veteran entertainment writer and avid foodie, as the local host to rising chefs hailing from Singapore (Brandon Foo and Shen Tan), Indonesia (Arnold Poernomo and Edwin Lau), Malaysia (Anis Nabilah) and Thailand (Duangporn ‘Bo’ Songvisava).
