Scammers have infiltrated LinkedIn

How do you find this LinkedIn profile of Kleber Campos Rodrigues Filho, Director at NatWest Bank?

Looks legit?

Don’t add him. He’s a scammer.

Here’s a note he sent me about a week after I accepted his invitation to connect:

There you go, Nigerian scams have infiltrated LinkedIn.

There should be many other fake profiles like this Kleber Campos Rodrigues Fiho out there on LinkedIn. Do not believe in their bullshit.

Creating fake profiles on LinkedIn helps to add dimensions and believability to the Nigerian scams. This is definitely more sophisticated than the old email format.

I notice these scams have creeped into other social networks like Facebook and Twitter as well. Beware.
