Freshly Baked by Le Bijoux @ Killiney Road

Freshly Baked by Le Bijoux is a simply decorated cafe in Killiney Road which specialises in their own baked goods, sandwiches and desserts. The chief baker/ owner of Freshly Baked, Audrey Tan believes in substance over style, which explains the simple layout and menu. This goes down well with customers. Business is brisk and there is always someone popping in to grab a bite or do a takeaway.

Rachel and I sat down for a quick lunch one day and these are the items we tried:

The sandwiches were good, but out-of-this world fantastic. We did not try the cake or any of their signature baked stuff as we were too full. We will do that next time.

It was a nice experience enjoying our lunch while watching the kitchen rolled out loaves after loaves of freshly baked breads. The sweet aroma will fill the whole cafe.
