Sandaime Bunji, a Japanese restaurant at Millenia Walk, is known for it’s authentic Japanese cuisine, in particular, it’s Gyūtan.
Gyūtan (牛タン) is a Japanese food that is made from grilled beef tongue. I ate at this restaurant some time back:

The dishes all come in small servings, prepared in simple, authentic Japanese style, but made from the freshest ingredient.
Taste were subtle, but delicious. The signature grilled beef tongue has a nice chewy texture, soft on the inside a little crunchy on the lightly charred exterior. Lovely.
