I love the PS Cafe at Harding Road, but somehow, my first visit to the PS Cafe at Palai Renaissance did not impress me that much.
Maybe the novelty was gone after the first visit.
Mostly, the lunch menu appears really bland for a meat lover like yours truly when it consists of mainly sandwiches and veggie-heavy options. Where are my steak and chicken?
In case you are wondering what PS stands for, it is “ProjectShop”, as in the same folks who bring you the ProjectShop fashion brand.
The interior decor is still very spiffy though. The ultra high ceiling adds a touch of elegance in space-starved Singapore. The ambient is definitely better and quieter than their sister outlet at Dempsey. The sound proofing at the latter is so bad you can barely hear your dinner companion speak from across the table.
