I am never going to lose weight if I keep working at food events like this Waterfront Feast at Riverside Point, organised by omy.sg and Riverside Point. Not that I am complaining, being the glutton that I am. 🙂
For the Waterfront Feast event, I got to sample food from four selected F&B outlets in Riverside Point, together with a group of 14 bloggers.
You can read their reviews on the official website for this event. There’s a voting contest going on for another related feast event at Far East Square – simply vote for your favourite blogger and you stand to win $50 Far East Square F&B vouchers!

A waterfront dining venue by the beautiful historic Singapore River, Riverside Point will tantalise patrons with popular and unique restaurants like Brewerkz, Harry’s Bar, Jumbo Seafood @ Riverside, Chen Fu Ji Sing Flagship Branch and Café Iguana.
Below are some photos I took at the event as well as some background information on the four F&B outlets, taken from the official website.
1. Jumbo Seafood @ Riverside
The Singapore home grown seafood restaurant group was established in 1987 and after years of continuous effort in providing quality food and service, JUMBO SEAFOOD has grown into a group of 6 restaurants serving live seafood prepared in familiar local and Hong Kong styles. With a team of dedicated and innovative F&B professionals, they strive to serve quality food at reasonable prices in a friendly environment.
2. Café Iguana
Café Iguana, one of Singapore’s favourite Mexican restaurants and bars, features one of Asia’s largest selections of tequilas – over 100 labels of 100% blue agave tequilas and handcrafted mescals- as well as Singapore’s favourite margaritas, made with 100% agave El Charro Reposado and real fruit juices and purees. Café Iguana prides itself on providing the freshest ingredients and serving some of Singapore’s best Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes including sizzling fajitas, chimichangas, and quesadillas.
3. Harry’s Bar
Harry’s has over 30 premium bars conveniently located island wide, and is a must visit for tourists and locals. Harry’s offers a range of fine wines, spirits and a wide selection of beers, one of which is Harry’s own beer label, Harry’s Premium Lager (HPL) which has proven to be a hit since its launch in April 2010. Harry’s is definitely the bar to be in whether it’s to unwind after a day’s work, catch live sports, hang out with a few friends or just for an enjoyable night out!
4. Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery
The iconic full-service restaurant features high quality American-style food and a full range of premium beers handcrafted on-site. You can find up to 13 different types of Brewerkz beer on tap each night, with 6 favourite brews always on tap and a new beer or two coming out each month. They offer all-American cuisine with an emphasis on regional dishes from the Deep South, the South West and California.
