Visa has teamed up with Marina Bay Sands, UOB and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to launch ‘A Moment to Savour’, a premium dining programme bringing together acclaimed restaurants and chefs from Singapore and overseas for a series of limited time culinary collaborations across Marina Bay.

Running from November 2026 to March 2027 under the Visa Destinations platform, the programme will feature exclusive dining experiences designed to showcase Singapore’s position as a global gastronomy destination. The initiative aims to offer both locals and international visitors new ways to experience the city’s diverse food scene, with access extended to Visa cardholders worldwide.
Marina Bay was selected as the setting for the programme because of its combination of iconic attractions, world class dining, premium shopping and entertainment. The partnerships aim to make these culinary experiences part of a broader visit to the precinct, encouraging guests to explore more of what the destination has to offer.
The series will debut at Marina Bay Sands in November 2026 with an exclusive two-night dinner bringing together the team from one Michelin starred Waku Ghin and two Michelin starred MOSU Seoul. The collaboration will feature Chef Anh Sung Jae, who also served as a head judge on Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars.
The programme will continue with a series of chef partnerships across Singapore’s leading dining establishments. In December 2026, Jin Ting Wan (金蜓湾) at Marina Bay Sands will collaborate with Jing Xi Hui (菁禧荟), bringing together Chef Albert Li and Chef Du Jianqing. Meanwhile, 黑珍珠 The Black Pearl at Odeon 333 will host Chef Dee Chan alongside seven guest chefs from leading restaurants across China for a 16 hands collaboration.
December will also see Chef Han Li Guang of Labyrinth collaborate with Chef Varun Totlani of Masque at Esplanade Mall.
In January 2027, Saint Pierre at One Fullerton will partner with Taian Table, featuring Chef Emmanuel Stroobant and Chef Christiaan Stoop.
February’s programme will feature Peach Blossoms at PARKROYAL COLLECTION, Marina Bay, Singapore. Chef Edward Chong will join forces with Chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn of Nusara and Chef Dej Kewkacha, named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2025, for a six hands collaboration.
The March 2027 line up will include three additional collaborations. JAAN by Kirk Westaway at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore will pair Chef Kirk Westaway with Chef Nobu Lee of NOBUO. Odette at National Gallery Singapore will bring together Chef Julien Royer and Chef San Degeimbre of L’air du Temps. At Raffles Singapore, 1887 by André will feature Chef André Chiang alongside a visiting chef who will be announced at a later date.
UOB Visa cardholders in Singapore and across Southeast Asia will receive priority presale access to all dining experiences, followed by presales for Visa Infinite cardholders globally and general sales for Visa cardholders worldwide. Bookings for the November and December sessions will open on 28 October 2026, with limited seats available on a first come, first served basis.
The booking schedule, with all timings in Singapore time, is as follows:
UOB Reserve and Visa Infinite cardholders can book during the presale period on 28 October, from 10am to 4pm. The UOB Visa card presale follows from 6pm on 28 October until 10am on 29 October.
The global Visa Infinite presale will run from 12pm on 29 October until 12pm on 30 October. General sales for all Visa cardholders worldwide will begin at 2pm on 30 October.
Through the partnership, UOB cardholders can also access exclusive privileges across hotels, dining and attractions within the Marina Bay precinct, allowing them to complement their dining experiences with other entertainment and destination offerings.
As Visa’s largest card issuer in Southeast Asia, UOB is leveraging its regional presence and customer base, particularly among affluent consumers, to strengthen its position in the lifestyle and dining sector while supporting inbound tourism to Singapore.
